Short radius elbow
From an intuitive point of view, the short radius elbow is much shorter than the long radius elbow, and the elbow radius is very sharp. Long-radius elbows are the most commonly used. Generally, they are long-radius by default. Long-radius elbows are used in places with high pressure or high flow rate. If the resistance of solid conveying pipes is strict, a larger radius elbow should be used. The short radius is generally used in low pressure fluids or where the elbow is restricted. If there are no restrictions or the long radius elbow is preferred if not specified in the contract.
